We deliver to all major cities within the Greater Vancouver area and Surrey environs, including communities such as Maple Ridge, Tsawwassen, Delta, Langley, New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and more.

Exchange or Return of Goods

We work hard to deliver fresh, accurate orders. If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible.

Perishable Items (fresh foods)

  • Report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order number.

  • Eligible resolutions: replacement, refund, or store credit (case-by-case).

  • Perishables cannot be returned due to food safety rules.

 

Non-Perishable Items

  • Unopened items may be eligible for return within 2 days.

  • Must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping may apply unless the issue was our fault.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

  • Report within 24 hours with photos (if applicable).

  • We’ll replace, credit, or refund the affected item.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Opened/used non-perishables (unless defective)

  • Final-sale items

  • Perishables reported after 24 hours

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery/safe-drop

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Your order may still be in transit. Most deliveries arrive within the selected delivery window.
If it hasn’t arrived, please check:

  • 📦 Your order confirmation email for delivery details

  • 🏡 Your building/house drop-off area

If you still can’t locate it after 1 hour of the expected time, contact us at support@triumphstride.com with your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery availability may vary on public holidays.
We typically reduce hours or pause delivery on major holidays so our team can celebrate with their families.

Before any holiday, we will always:

  • Update the delivery calendar, and

  • Notify customers ahead of time.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We currently deliver across the Lower Mainland, including:

  • Surrey

  • Langley

  • Delta

  • Burnaby

  • Vancouver

  • Coquitlam

  • New Westminster

  • Richmond

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Yes — next-day delivery is available for most orders placed before 1pm.
Orders placed after 1pm are delivered the following day or based on your selected time slot.

Exceptions may apply for:

  • Large bulk orders

  • High-demand seasons

  • Severe weather

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Not always. We offer flexible drop-off options:

  • 🚪 Hand-to-you delivery (someone receives it)

  • 📦 Safe-drop (doorstep, porch, or concierge)

  • 🏢 Apartment lobby/parcel room

For perishable items, we recommend being available to receive your order so they stay fresh.
