Who Can Use Our Service

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account details secure. 

Products & Availability

  • We sell groceries and household items. Availability can change at any time. 
  • Images are for illustration; packaging/brands may vary. 
  • We do our best to ensure accuracy, but small variations in size can occur. 

Pricing, Fees & Taxes

  • Prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise. 
  • Taxes, delivery fees, and service charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed when payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer a refund or contact you to suggest a suitable substitution, if permitted.
  • Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery areas, fees, and cut-off times (e.g., same-day by 1:00 pm) are listed on our site.
  • Delivery windows are estimates; delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or capacity.
  • If no one is available at the address, we may:

    • leave the order in a safe place (at your risk),

    • attempt re-delivery (extra fee may apply), or

    • return items to our pickup location.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or safe-drop.

Refunds & Returns

We aim to deliver fresh, accurate orders. If there’s an issue, please contact us promptly.

  • Perishable Items (e.g., produce, meat, dairy, baked goods)

    • Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

    • Eligible resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion).
    • Due to food safety regulations, perishables generally cannot be returned after delivery.
  • Non-Perishable Items
    • Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 2 days of delivery.
    • Return shipping/collection may apply unless we made an error.
    • Items must be in original condition/packaging.
  • Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
    • Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos (if damaged) and your order number.
    • We’ll replace, credit, or refund affected items as appropriate.
  • What’s Not Refundable
    • Opened/used non-perishables (unless defective),

    • Items marked final sale,

    • Perishables reported after the 24-hour window,
    • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery/safe-drop.
  • Delivery Fees
    • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the delivery failure is our fault (e.g., we cancel the order or deliver to the wrong address).
    • If a re-delivery is required due to an incorrect address or no one available, an additional fee may apply.
  • Refund Method & Timing
    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
    • Processing time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • How to Start a Refund/Return

    • Order number,
    • Item(s) in question,
    • Photos (if damaged/quality issue),
    • A brief description of the problem.

Promotions & Coupons

  • Promo codes are single-use, time-limited, and may not be combined unless stated.
  • We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Acceptable Use

  • Don’t misuse our site (fraud, scraping, hacking, unlawful activity).
  • We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

  • All site content (logos, images, text) belongs to us or our partners.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
